Terms and Conditions jm8 — Malaysia Platform Rules & Policies

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" — refers to the jm8 website accessible at jm8.biz along with all associated services, applications, tools, content and features.
• "Member" or "User" — refers to any individual who has registered an account and is using jm8's services.
• "Account" — refers to the personal account opened by a Member upon completing the registration process on the Platform.
• "Funds" — refers to money or credits stored in a Member's Account for betting and gaming purposes.
• "Bonus" — refers to free credits, matched funds, rewards or other benefits granted by jm8 to Members subject to specific conditions.
• "KYC" — refers to the Know Your Customer (KYC) process that requires verification of a Member's identity.
• "Wagering Requirements" — refers to the total wagering amount that must be completed before the associated bonus or funds may be withdrawn.

Section headings in this document are for reference only and do not affect the interpretation of the content. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the original Bahasa Malaysia version, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall prevail.

To register and use the jm8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. jm8 takes seriously the protection of children and minors from betting activities.
• Not subject to any legal prohibition or court order that prevents you from participating in online wagering activities.
• Act in your own personal capacity and not as a representative or agent of any other party.
• Not an employee of jm8, its affiliated companies, software providers, or an immediate family member of any of the above individuals in contexts involving a conflict of interest.

Jm8 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend or terminate the account of any Member who cannot prove they meet the minimum age requirement. Any winnings obtained while an account is under suspension are subject to review and may be voided.

The jm8 account registration process is simple and free. However, there are several important responsibilities that every Member must adhere to:

• One Account Only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one jm8 account. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
• Accurate Information: All personal information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, address, phone number, and email address.
• Password Security: You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. jm8 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access arising from your own negligence.
• KYC Verification: To withdraw funds, Members must complete the KYC process by submitting a valid proof of identity such as a MyKad or passport. This process is mandatory and is designed to protect the security of your account.
• Information Update: If your personal information changes, you must update your account immediately or notify the jm8 support team.

Jm8 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents at any time for identity verification and compliance purposes. Failure to submit the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

Jm8 supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia for members' convenience. All financial transactions are processed with full encryption to ensure the security of your funds.

Accepted Deposit Methods: FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and Bank Islam. Deposits are typically credited to your account within seconds to a few minutes depending on the method used.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Members must have completed the KYC verification process before their first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered under the same name as the jm8 account holder.
• The minimum withdrawal limit is as specified on the Withdrawal page and is subject to change from time to time.
• Successful withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Jm8 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals that exceed a certain amount for security and compliance purposes.

Refund Policy: Deposits credited to an account are non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances and at jm8's sole discretion. Any refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Jm8 offers a wide range of attractive bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the wagering terms and limits set and may change without prior notice.

• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus received carries a specific wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the relevant amount can be withdrawn. The wagering rate for each promotion is clearly stated in the respective promotion's terms.
• Bonus Validity Period: All bonuses have a limited validity period. Unused bonuses that are not utilised within the specified period will expire and be automatically removed from the account.
• One Bonus at a Time: Generally, only one active bonus is permitted at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• VIP Program: Eligible Members will be automatically enrolled in the jm8 VIP Programme based on their wagering activity. VIP benefits include exclusive bonuses, higher table limits, dedicated support, and access to special promotions. Further details are available on the VIP.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonuses, including opening multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or other manipulation techniques, will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonuses and may lead to account termination.

Jm8 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. jm8's decisions regarding bonus claims are final.

All games available on the jm8 platform are operated in accordance with industry-standard rules set by licensed game providers. The outcome of every game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited to ensure fairness.

• Return to Player (RTP): RTP information for each slot game is available within the respective game details. RTP reflects the long-term statistical return rate and is not a guarantee of wins in any individual session.
• Sports Betting: Sports betting odds may change before an event begins. Accepted bets will not be voided unless the event is cancelled, postponed beyond the stipulated time limit, or due to a technical error on jm8's part.
• Technical Disruptions: In the event of a technical disruption during an incomplete game round, jm8 reserves the right to void or refund the relevant bet based on a fair assessment of available evidence.
• Display Errors: Any wins displayed as a result of a technical glitch, software error, or incorrect display are void and will not be paid out. jm8 reserves the right to correct any such errors.

Jm8's decisions on all matters relating to gameplay, winners, wagering, and payments are final and binding on all parties.

To ensure a safe and fair experience for all members, the following activities are strictly prohibited on the jm8 platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human method to interact with the platform.
• Game manipulation, collusion between players, or any form of cheating intended to gain an unfair advantage.
• Owning or using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Use of the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Any attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt the security systems of the jm8 platform.
• Sharing your account login credentials with others or allowing another party to use your account.
• Publishing, distributing, or sharing any unlawful, offensive, or harassing content targeting other users through the jm8 platform.

Jm8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member's account, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Requests from competent authorities.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting the jm8 support team. Upon closure, any valid fund balance (after deducting all bonuses that do not meet the required conditions) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to completion of all required verifications.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, jm8 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses or indirect damages incurred by the Member as a result of using the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond jm8's control, such as natural disasters, external cyberattacks, or internet network outages on the Member's service provider's end.
• Losses arising from individual betting decisions made by the Member.
• Errors made by the Member during the deposit or withdrawal process, such as entering an incorrect account number.

The jm8 platform is provided "as is" with best efforts to ensure continuous availability. However, jm8 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults at all times.

Jm8 reserves the right to modify, add or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of the latest version. The most recent effective date will always be displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the updated terms.

If you do not agree with any amendments to the Terms and Conditions, you have the right to close your account and discontinue use of the jm8 platform.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between both parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules, and the arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Members are responsible for ensuring that their participation in online wagering activities is lawful and compliant with the local laws applicable in their location. jm8 is not liable for any violation of local laws by Members.
